2 lbs. chicken wings

2 eggs, beaten

corn starch

Dip chicken wings into egg and roll in corn starch. Fry in vegetable oil and place on a cookie sheet.

Sauce

1/2 cup of honey

1 cup of sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 cup of water

1/2 cup white vinegar

3 tablespoons of ketchup

1 teaspoon Accent

4 tablespoons minced garlic

Pour sauce over chicken wings. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn wings and brush with sauce. Bake an additional 20 minutes. May be placed in a crockpot to keep warm during serving.
