5 lbs. chuck roast

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup strong coffee (I dissolve instant coffee in a 1/2 cup of hot water)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 large onion, chopped

Sear chuck roast in butter. Place in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Refrigerate for eight hours, turn over roast midway. Charcoal broil for 45 minutes or bake in oven for one hour at 350 degrees.
