This is a wonderful dip to serve for autumnal gatherings!
Various cheeses – gouda, muenster, swiss, chili pepper, garlic cheese, etc. I usually use garlic cheese and muenster, but you may make the dip as you like.
Garlic croutons
Half-n-half
Select a small pumpkin, cut out the top as if you are making a jack-o-lantern, and clean out the seeds, etc. Begin layering in the various cheeses and croutons. Press down as you go. Once at the inside rim, add the half-n-half to top of cheese. Replace the pumpkin top. Bake at 350 for 2 hours. Stir after 1 1/2 hours of baking. Cool slightly before serving. Pumpkin keeps cheese dip warm for quite some time. Serve with crackers or French bread. Enjoy!!!
