3 boxes or 30 ounces of chopped broccoli

1/2 cup butter, divided

1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

1/3 box or one sleeve of Ritz crackers, crumbled

small amount of grated parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli in salt water, drain well. Return to pan and add 1/4 cup butter, Velveeta cheese. Stir well over low heat until cheese is melted. Place in a casserole dish. Mix remaining melted butter, crackers, and grated parmesan cheese in a bowl, sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
